If you are located outside of the United States and would like to purchase one of our products, please fill out this International Order Form.
Once you submit the order form, we will email you an invoice within 1-3 business days for the cost of your purchase plus the cost of shipping. All sales will be charged in USD. We accept PayPal, Venmo, and Credit/Debit cards. Please save a copy of your invoice, as the invoice number will also double as your order confirmation number.
After we receive an invoice payment, the customer will be sent a confirmation email.
Tracking numbers will be sent to the same email address at the time orders are shipped.
If you encounter issues with the order form, invoice, or payment methods, please send us a message using our "Contact" form.
We kindly request that all invoices be paid by April 21st (The last day of pre-orders).
On that day, everyone with a pending payment will be sent a final email reminder.
If orders have not been paid by 11:59 PM PST on April 22nd, they are liable to be canceled.

☆ Recipient Tax ID
- A Tax ID is a unique number used for customs screening during shipping.
Different countries have various terms and formats for these IDs. Not providing the
correct Tax ID can result in delays, returns, or the abandonment of shipments.

VAT for European Union (EU) shipments
☆ All shipments going to member countries within the European Union (EU) are charged a
"Value-Added Tax" or "VAT tax."
☆ If the VAT tax has not been paid ahead of time, the recipient must pay it before receiving
the package from their country’s customs department. Before the package is delivered,
they will be notified and asked to pay the VAT by their country's local delivery service.

We are NOT liable for packages that are lost stolen, unclaimed, or damaged during shipping, transit, and handling. Once a package is shipped, it is the buyer's responsibility to monitor the order using the provided tracking number.
Packages returned to sender as a result of customer negligence are not eligible for refunds. If packages are returned to sender for other reasons, they will not be re-shipped unless the buyer pays for shipping again.
Import duties, VAT, and other similar charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These extra charges are the buyer’s responsibility. You can find a breakdown of these rates by country here.
