Important Notes:
☆ All orders containing physical goods will be shipped from the United States.
☆ Tracking numbers will be emailed to customers at the time of shipment.
☆ Make sure to include contact information during checkout to ensure you receive your tracking number and any other notifications related to your order
☆ Shipping and sales tax are NOT included in pricing
International Orders:
All International orders must be submitted using the International Order Form.
We will ship worldwide as long as there are no International Service Suspensions active in your country. (Please review this information prior to placing an order.) If we encounter an issue sending packages to your country, we will email you to work out a solution or refund.
Import duties, VAT, and other similar charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These extra charges are the buyer’s responsibility. You can find a breakdown of these rates by country here.
Production / Shipping Timeline:
After the pre-order period ends, we will begin zine and merch production. We estimate this process to take 1-2 months and are aiming to start shipping orders by June 2025. However, the time it takes packages to arrive may vary depending on their destination. Approximate shipping estimates below:
☆ USA & Canada: 1-3 weeks
☆ International: 2-9 weeks

Digital Products:
Digital Products will be emailed after all physical packages have been shipped.
We will make an announcement on our social media when digital bundles have been sent out. Digital bundles can often land in your junk or spam folder, so please check there first. If you still haven't received anything, please send us an email.
Can orders be refunded or exchanged?
Orders that include physical goods will only be refunded prior to shipment. All sales are final once orders have been shipped out. Exchanges are only applicable if we send the wrong order by mistake or if an order arrives incomplete.
You will need to provide your full name, email, and order confirmation number when requesting a refund or exchange.

We are NOT liable for packages that are lost, stolen, unclaimed, or damaged during shipping, transit, and handling. Once a package is shipped, it is the buyer's responsibility to monitor the order using the provided tracking number.
Packages returned to sender as a result of customer negligence are not eligible for refunds. If packages are returned to sender for other reasons, they will not be re-shipped unless the buyer pays for shipping again.
